2 bunches raw broccoli, cut in small pieces
1 medium onion (red or sweet) chopped
10-12 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar
Dressing:
1 cup mayonaisse
2 Tbsp wine vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
Mix everything together and let it marinate in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
*Note: I never made any promises about helping you lose weight. ;) This salad stays yummy for left overs the next day.

YUM!
ReplyDeleteThis is an awesome salad. I make something like this for my kids all of the time and this is the only reason that they like broccoli now in all forms--because it started out for them in this yummy salad.
ReplyDeleteMinus the cheese for me on the salad and add in some yummy raisins! LOL :)
